TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your participation in the internship, training and certification programmes offered by DELTABYTE SOLUTIONS IT INSTITUTE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U85302BR2024OPC071580), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Dharampur Chowk, Ward No. 05, Tajpur Road, Near Reliance Smart Point, Samastipur, Bihar – 848101, India ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").
By applying for a programme, making a payment, or using this website, you ("the Applicant", "the Intern", "you") confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may apply only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and the Company may require proof of that consent.
1.2 You must provide information and documents that are true, accurate, current and your own. Submitting false, forged or another person's documents is a ground for immediate rejection or termination, without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
1.3 Where a programme states an academic or skill requirement, you must satisfy it.
2. APPLICATION AND SELECTION
2.1 Submitting an application does not create any right to selection. Selection is at the sole discretion of the Company.
2.2 The application fee is charged to process and assess your application. It is payable at the time of applying and is NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you are selected. Please see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2.3 The Company may, at its discretion, conduct interviews, tests or document verification before selection.
2.4 On selection you will be issued an offer letter and an internship agreement. The internship begins only after you accept the agreement.
3. NATURE OF THE ENGAGEMENT
3.1 An internship with the Company is undertaken for the purposes of training and learning.
3.2 It does NOT constitute employment. No employer-employee relationship arises between you and the Company by reason of an internship.
3.3 You are not entitled to wages, provident fund, gratuity, leave encashment, bonus or any other statutory employment benefit in respect of an internship.
3.4 Completing an internship does not entitle you to an offer of employment, and the Company is under no obligation to make one.
3.5 Any stipend, where offered, is a discretionary payment towards learning expenses and is not wages.
4. FEES
4.1 Two fees may apply: an application fee, payable when you apply; and a course or training fee, payable after selection, once the offer letter has been issued and the internship agreement accepted.
4.2 The exact amount of each fee is displayed on the programme page before you apply. The amount displayed at the time of your application is the amount that applies to you.
4.3 Fees are payable in Indian Rupees through the payment methods offered on the website.
4.4 A receipt or invoice is issued for every fee received.
4.5 The Company may revise its fees at any time. A revision does not affect an application already submitted.
5. CONDUCT
5.1 You shall conduct yourself professionally, follow the Company's instructions and policies, observe the working hours notified to you, and treat colleagues, mentors and other interns with respect.
5.2 You shall not engage in harassment, discrimination, misuse of Company property, or any unlawful activity.
5.3 The Company may terminate an internship at any time, without refund, for a breach of these Terms, for misconduct, for persistent absence, or for the submission of false information or documents.
6. ATTENDANCE, EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION
6.1 Attendance is recorded through the systems notified to you.
6.2 A certificate of completion is issued only on satisfactory completion of the programme, subject to the minimum attendance and evaluation requirements notified to you.
6.3 The Company may withhold or revoke a certificate if it is found that it was obtained by misrepresentation, by proxy attendance, or in breach of these Terms.
6.4 Every certificate and document carries a unique number and can be verified on this website. Any alteration to a document issued by the Company renders it void.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 You shall not, during or after the programme, disclose any confidential, proprietary, technical or business information of the Company or its clients to any third party.
7.2 All work, code, designs, documents, inventions and materials created by you in the course of the programme shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
7.3 The content of this website and of the training material is owned by the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, republished or distributed without written permission.
8. YOUR ACCOUNT
8.1 An account is created for you when you apply. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
8.2 You must change the password issued to you on first login.
8.3 Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
9. ELECTRONIC RECORDS
9.1 Acceptance given electronically on this website — including acceptance of these Terms and of the internship agreement — is a valid electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
9.2 The date, time and IP address of your acceptance are recorded and may be produced as evidence of it.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 The Company's total liability arising out of or in connection with a programme shall not exceed the total fees actually received from you for that programme.
10.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity or employment.
10.3 The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, network or power failure, or acts of government.
11. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
11.1 If you have a complaint, write to the Grievance Officer named on this website.
11.2 Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours and, as far as practicable, resolved within 15 days of receipt.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
12.2 The courts at Samastipur, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company may amend these Terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your application governs your application.
