REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy applies to all fees paid to DELTABYTE SOLUTIONS IT INSTITUTE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U85302BR2024OPC071580), 2nd Floor, Dharampur Chowk, Ward No. 05, Tajpur Road, Near Reliance Smart Point, Samastipur, Bihar – 848101, India ("the Company").
1. APPLICATION FEE
1.1 The application fee is charged for processing and assessing your application. It is consumed the moment your application is processed.
1.2 The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is not refunded if you are not selected, if you withdraw your application, or if you change your mind.
1.3 The only exception is a duplicate or failed transaction — see clause 4.
2. COURSE / TRAINING FEE
2.1 The course fee becomes payable after you are selected, once the offer letter has been issued and you have accepted the internship agreement.
2.2 If you withdraw BEFORE the internship start date: the course fee is refunded in full, less an administrative deduction of 10%.
2.3 If you withdraw WITHIN 7 DAYS of the internship start date: 50% of the course fee is refunded.
2.4 If you withdraw AFTER 7 DAYS from the internship start date: no refund is payable, because the training place, materials and mentor time have been allocated to you and cannot be reassigned.
2.5 If the Company cancels or does not run a programme for which you have paid, the course fee is refunded IN FULL, without any deduction.
2.6 If the Company terminates your internship for misconduct, for the submission of false documents, or for a breach of the Terms & Conditions, no refund is payable.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
3.1 Write to the Grievance Officer named on this website, from the email address registered on your account.
3.2 State your name, registration number, programme, the amount paid, and the reason for the request.
3.3 We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours.
3.4 An approved refund is processed within 7 to 10 working days.
3.5 The refund is made to the same payment method and the same account from which the payment was received. We do not refund to a different account.
3.6 Any charge levied by the payment gateway on the original transaction is not refundable, and is deducted from the amount refunded.
4. FAILED, DUPLICATE OR WRONG AMOUNT
4.1 If money is debited but your application or fee does not show as paid, write to us with the transaction reference. We will verify it with the payment gateway.
4.2 If a payment fails at the gateway, the amount is normally reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 working days without any action from us.
4.3 A duplicate payment, or an amount paid in excess, is refunded in full.
5. NO REFUND ONCE DOCUMENTS ARE ISSUED
No refund of the course fee is payable once a completion certificate or a completion document has been issued to you.
6. GRIEVANCES
If you are not satisfied with a decision on a refund, write to the Grievance Officer. Your complaint will be resolved, as far as practicable, within 15 days.
