- Name, father's or guardian's name, date of birth, blood group
- Email address, mobile number, postal address
- College or university, course, branch, semester
- Your reasons for applying
1.2 Documents you upload:
- Passport photograph
- Government photo identity document
- College identity card
- Resume, marksheet, bonafide or college request letter
1.3 Information generated while you are with us:
- Attendance, task submissions, project work, evaluations
- Documents and certificates issued to you
1.4 Payment information:
- Amount, date, payment method, transaction or UTR reference
- We do NOT collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password. Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway, and those details are handled by the gateway, never by us.
1.5 Technical information:
- IP address, browser type and log data, recorded for security and to evidence your acceptance of documents.
2. WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use your information only for these purposes:
- To assess your application and decide on selection
- To verify your identity and your student status
- To create and administer your account
- To record attendance, assign work and evaluate performance
- To issue offer letters, agreements, ID cards, certificates and invoices
- To collect fees and issue receipts
- To communicate with you about your programme
- To meet our legal, tax and statutory record-keeping obligations
We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.
3. LEGAL BASIS
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the acceptance box while applying, and where processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with the law.
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
4.1 We do NOT sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4.2 We share it only:
- with our payment gateway, to process your payment
- with our email or SMS provider, to send you messages about your programme
- with your college or university, where you or they request verification of your internship
- with an employer or institution to whom you present a document issued by us, and only to confirm that the document is genuine
- where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a lawful authority
4.3 Any service provider we use is required to keep your information confidential and to use it only for the purpose for which it was given.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
5.1 Application and programme records are retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and thereafter for the period required by law.
5.2 Records relating to documents and certificates issued are retained permanently, so that any certificate you present can be verified at any time in the future.
5.3 Financial records are retained for the period required by tax law.
6. HOW WE PROTECT IT
6.1 The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
6.2 Passwords are stored in hashed form and cannot be read by us.
6.3 Access to your records is restricted to authorised personnel who need it for their work.
6.4 Two-factor authentication is available on accounts, and administrative actions are logged.
6.5 No system is completely secure. We follow reasonable security practices, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- ask us what personal data of yours we hold
- ask us to correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- ask us to erase your data, where we are not required by law to keep it
- withdraw your consent (though this may mean we can no longer provide the programme)
- complain to the Grievance Officer, and thereafter to the Data Protection Board of India
To exercise a right, write to the Grievance Officer named on this website. We will respond within 30 days.
Please note: we cannot erase a certificate or document already issued, because it must remain verifiable by the institutions to which you present it.
8. CHILDREN
Our programmes are intended for persons aged 18 and above. Where an applicant is below 18, we require the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian before processing their data.
9. COOKIES
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you logged in and to keep your session secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
10. CHANGES
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this website.
